About Peter

Before Decoder, Peter co-founded Nice Agency in 2009 with the vision to create transformational mobile user experiences for enterprise and consumer clients.

Peter grew the agency to 50 staff in five years. Nice specialised in innovative user experience design, application development and digital product strategy. We delivered mobile-first projects for Channel 4, UBS, Flybe, first direct, Ticketmaster and MBNA.

Karmarama acquired Nice Agency in 2014, and Nice brought its pedigree in creating mobile-first products and platforms and like-minded culture of Good Works to the Karmarama family.

In 2016, Karmarama was acquired by Accenture Interactive, becoming part of the world's largest digital agency.

Before Nice Agency, Peter consulted as Technical Architect, specialising in Rich Internet Application design and development, using Java, Adobe Flex and Adobe AIR technologies.

Peter delivered applications for enterprise and consumer clients in the finance, media, telecoms and publishing industries.

Peter graduated from Newcastle University with a First in BSc Computing Science.
